Ground Floor:

Living room: With Freeview Smart TV.
Kitchen/dining room: With breakfast area, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

The stairs to the first floor are typical of a 19th century house in that they are slightly steeper than a standard modern staircase. The majority of guests have no difficulties. However, if you do have difficulties with stairs please bare this mind. 

First Floor:

Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet, Illuminated mirror and heated towel rail. USB phone charging points in both bedside electric sockets. Two charging cables one for iPhone and one USB C type that fits most Samsung phones.
Bedroom 2: With zip and link kingsize bed (can be 2ft 6in twin beds on request). The single beds are 6 inches narrower than standard singles making them suitable for children only.

Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.

Property services

Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Enclosed back garden with patio, sitting-out area and garden furniture. Bike store. *BP Pulse Electric vehicle charging point. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Sorry, no children under 5 years old.
